This game can only survive if players deploy their own resources, but RETO doesn't listen to playerbase. How many times you see people using tanks and planes as taxis to get to point. Lots of players couldn't care less if they waste resources, its just a shooter game for them. The rewards in warfunds rarely cover the deployment costs. How can new players can this fun? Also, the resources are actually owned by players who have either grinded or paid hard cash for them. However, the resources in game can have a massive in balance. It feels like playing Sonic the Hedgehog with a gun after playing Enlisted. Audio is not great and hit box is terrrible. However, its broken up game into 4 time periods, so you only use resources for that time frame which makes games fairly evenly matched. However, they had the best RTS map and the games started out with early war resources, which slowly progressed over time to the later war resources, so the games were fairly evenly matched (dependent on resources, research, factory bombings etc)Įnlisted has by far the best graphics, audio and in game immersion, but lacks a RTS map. WW2ONLINE (original multiplayer ww2 shooter) had terrible graphics and the costs kept increasing to play. If you got here sorry for the rant and I appreciate your attention. I encourage you to give it a shot, I personally found the optimalisation pretty solid too, no stupid lagspikes out of nowhere and servers seem better too, which surprised me, maybe the bastards at Gaijin relocalised it to War Thunder servers, it would explain why that game has gone to shit server-wise. The graphics are beautiful, so is the immersive sound design. The matches are more dynamic, shorter, faster, enforced by the fact that in squad mode you command a whole squad of bots, and you can choose mid-shootout which one you use, opening switching between rifles and machine guns and such. Enlisted just gives you a choice, if you wanna camp, go camp and be a usefull are denial while doing so, if not, go push.

That means that you don't have the same issue as in HaG, where when there is a potentially overpowered sniper spot, it is branched over or no windows in that direction. Also all the buildings have interior, and you can open windows and doors. That said, Enlisted from my perspective has a nice thing, maps that are not as empty, and everything is usually closer. I'm a tryhard casual with not a lot of time on my hands, and I usually main scoped rifles and try to think real hard about what I'm doing with positioning n stuff. So recently I read something along the lines of if people here worry that the playerbase will move over to Enlisted. TL DR: Enlisted is slightly different but smoother more dynamic gameplay with better graphics, camo, and more details, and good optimization.
